Do I need to believe in any of this for it to work?
No. Skepticism is welcome and it does not block anything. Come as you are, notice what you notice, and let your own experience be the evidence. Plenty of people arrive unconvinced and stay because something changed, not because they were persuaded.
How does this work if we are not in the same room?
Energy work is directed through focused intention, which is not limited by distance. Practically, you are somewhere comfortable and undisturbed, and we connect at an agreed time. Many people settle more deeply at home than they would in an unfamiliar space.
What will I actually feel during a session?
It varies. Common experiences are warmth, a heaviness lifting off the chest, tingling, or emotion arriving without an obvious story attached. Some people feel very little in the moment and notice the shift over the following days. Both are normal.
Is this a replacement for therapy or medical care?
No, and we will say so plainly. This work sits alongside professional mental health and medical care, it does not replace it. Please continue any treatment, therapy, or medication you are receiving, and keep your doctor in the loop.
Do I have to talk about my trauma out loud?
Only if you want to. The work can stay with sensation, breath, and the energetic field without you naming a single event. Nothing is extracted from you. Your boundaries set the terms of the session, every time.
How many sessions will I need?
There is no fixed number and we will not sell you a package you do not need. Some people come once for something specific. Others work over several weeks. We talk about it honestly after the first session, once there is something real to go on.
What if I cry, or feel worse afterward?
Tears are common and welcome. A tender day or two afterward can happen as things settle, in the way a good stretch can ache. You will be given aftercare before the session ends, and you can reach out if the intensity is more than expected.
What do I need to prepare?
A quiet room, comfortable clothes, water, and time you will not be interrupted. Turn off notifications. Nothing else is needed, and you do not have to arrive calm. Arriving frazzled is a perfectly good starting point.
